SPARKLING WINES
Sparkling wines are a diverse group of wines that span beyond Champagne even within France. Have you ever wondered why some sparkling wines are more expensive than other. Why are some a lot more aromatic as opposed to others? To answer your questions and bring you on a bubbly journey we have designed this tasting to demystify sparkling wines for you.
We will compare 6 different sparkling wine styles to help you analyse and compare the wines in the glass and learn about the different grape varieties used and methods of production involved. We will also provide some tips on regional pairings.

What you’ll taste:
You will taste 6 different sparkling wines, 2 Champagnes, 4 other sparkling wines from France, Spain, Italy and beyond. Our wines are selected with the greatest care and are mainly made organically or bio-dynamically.

This course requires a minimum of 6 students. For individuals or smaller parties the full price of 6 people will be charged. To make it a more intimate tasting.
