Spend the day deepening your knowledge of wine with one of our WSET-certified wine experts

We offer this experience in the centre of the Loire and near the city of Amboise.

You will be picked up at your hotel to head to a winery for the first vineyard visit and wine tasting of the day. Our expert guides will walk you through the history of the region and discuss the grape varieties and wines of the region before arriving at the location.During the winery visit you have a chance to taste and compare several styles of wine. After a lunch at a local restaurant, we head to another winery with a chance to walk in the vineyards. Your guide (and perhaps the winemaker if available) will explain the soils and common vineyard practices, then you'll go into the winery and/or cellar and see how the grapes are transformed into wine. The experience will conclude with another guided tasting. 

· Morning: 1 winery visit and walk in the village
